Is this your first time getting certified for herbal medicine in Maryland? I will walk you through the process of getting registered with the State of Maryland and activate your patient ID number as soon as you get it, as well as answer any questions you may have and provide product recommendations based on your qualifying condition. You will need to upload a medical record and your MMCC ID card/old certification in order to complete this appointment (a photo of your medical record or prescription bottle will be fine) (Registration with the State of Maryland will cost $25 and you will need a Maryland state license OR proof of Maryland address and a clear photo of your face with a white background)
