Tolerance Break Week 2



Week one is done! I didn’t die or kill anybody, although i really did lie down on a DC street and have a horrific panic attack when my bike went missing, my son had to come get me

The most obvious observation is how BAD MY ADHD HAS GOTTEN. The 🌱 slows down my reaction times and prevents me from moving impulsively and making ridiculous mistakes I might not otherwise make.

It took 6 days for my appetite to return and I’m nauseous after every meal. My adhd hyper-fixation food stopped tasting like dopamine. I crave less coffee. I stopped craving sugar, weirdly enough. My joints are swollen, topicals alone only do so much. Pain levels are up, I’m exercising daily to try to counteract the pain and stiffness from season change but the gym was kinder to me after an edible

My bank account LOVES ME RIGHT NOW I’m not as poor as I thought, I was just spending ALOT more on 🌱 than I wanted to admit. It reeks of dependency, which in itself is a good reason to take a tolerance break so I will definitely do this more often.

Two weeks to go. Also it’s fall so caramel apple 🍄 tea 🫖 time
